Keith Griffiths Stands Down as Country Umpires Advisor
Date of Event : Mon Apr 10, 2017 12:59PM

Keith Griffiths has been the Country Umpire Advisor since season 2005-06 and has travelled many kilometres across New South Wales over the past 12 years to observe and work with our country umpires. They have appreciated his counsel and support.

Keith is a proud and committed member of the Association, being made a life member in 2004. Keith was a great support to Peter Hughes in his years as CEO as Examination and Training Secretary, and with general administration support. Keith retired from the workforce and moved to Forster where Keith became involved with cricket in the Mid North Coast Cricket Council. Keith loves the game and makes a significant contribution to North Coast Zone attending Zone meetings and representing umpires at that level. Keith's work is appreciated by the Zone Management team.

Keith is respected in Country Cricket and is always one of the first to offer assistance whenever he can. We look forward to Keith’s continued involvement in the Association and in Country Cricket. To Keith Griffiths we extend our gratitude and our thanks. The umpires have appreciated his good will and concern for their progress and welfare.
